First location ever going to a cheesecake! It was amazing! I had fettuccine Alfredo and blueberry cheesecake! Wonderful atmosphere!

Incredibly good quality to price ratio. The mains are all safe, delicious options. The cheesecake is a must try (as you would expect)!

Cheesecake factory. We have now been to a couple of cheesecake factory's throughout American but for some reason the Waikiki CheeseCake Factory is our favourite. It's always busy and they don't take reservations, so I would recommend getting there a little bit earlier than you actually want to eat. Food was, as always, sensational..... Tasty, fresh, well presented and large portions.

The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints. I've always loved the food for its variety, quality and taste. Prices aren't as high as in other countries and options are still huge. Vegans can choose between a burger and a salad which is more than "just a salad" but contains delicious ingredients which are definitely satisfying and filling. The other members of my party also loved the food. If they would offer some more vegan options it would be perfect!

I don’t often write chain restaurant reviews, but this Cheesecake Factory is a marvel of efficiency, friendly staff, and delicious food.Now, the Waikiki location is BUSY. So if you don’t like crowds, avoid it. But then, Waikiki is always crowded. That said, they are fast and their location is HUGE, so it mitigates the problem somewhat.I HIGHLY recommend the pasta with shrimp and sausage. It was the single tastiest thing I’ve eaten in a month, and I’ve been to fancy weddings and taken many out of town guests out to eat lately

We had a seat on the patio but not much of a view from their patio anyway so it’s not essential. It seemed like they were putting all families with young kids out on the patio. The food portions are massive! It’s too much food! So it’s best to share if possible. The food wasn’t too bad but nothing memorable. Drinks were good and dessert was good as well but again it was massive so best to share.

Great food. Great prices. Great service.2nd visit in a week. 1st time was so good we had to go back.

Overall amazing! My favourite thing about the experience was are waiter Josh! He was very communicative and friendly, and quite honestly my family really got to know him! He was asking us about the city we are from, and was probably the best waiter I think I have ever had! The food was also amazing! There is so much to chose from the menu looks like a book! If I ever get the chance I will definitely come back again! 😊

One of few places to eat in Waikiki without feeling like you’re wasting money. Excellent, efficient staff and we were always seated in less than 30minutes on average (for party of 2-3) even during peak dinner time. Food tasted like they were made with fresh ingredients and nothing tasted stale. Red velvet cheese cake is heavenly.

My husband and I have never been to The Cheesecake Factory restaurants before...we had to give it a shot while we were on our honeymoon vacation. Even though the restaurant was busy, happy hour was just ending, we were asked for our name so seating could be arranged for us. It didn't take long for us to get a nice, quiet table in the back. Appetizers were so good!! Followed by amazing drinks. Which we followed that up with an incredible dinner!!! Oh, and of course, we got dessert...to go!!The portions were huge!! And the taste was out of this world!! What an experience!!

Always good food and, of course, the CHEESECAKE! We were seated quickly and the server came to take our order, then disappeared. Seemed like he couldn't have cared less about 2 of his tables as he was giving all his attention to another table with 5 people sitting at it and lots of alcohol flowing. Guess he figured that's where his big tip was going to come from.Our table got handed off to another server for some reason who couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. If we had him from the start, I would have given 5 stars.

Our service was excellent and the turn around time for our food was pretty quick. The crab and artichoke dip was delicious! The habachi steak was also good (the sauce and mushrooms were amazing!). My husband enjoyed the chicken and we both got cheesecake to take back to the hotel which were delicious. (Oreo and vanilla bean). The environment itself is sort of loud inside, but very spacious. Outside is quieter. The whole atmosphere was nice and had a cool hawaiian vibe. I'd recommend this place for a late dinner/desert. There was a wait to be seated (30 min for 2 people), but we didn't mind.

Great service by all members of the staff! Restaurant is absolutely huge and can seat many guests so don't be intimidated by the crowd of people at the entrance. Food was decent and same as the other Cheesecake Factories on the mainland.

I’ve been to a few Cheescake Factories in my time and the only issue at the location was the temperature. I was sat at the rear of the restaurant and was pretty warm. After being taken to my table the restaurant was cool but the table I was taken too was uncomfortably warm. I had the calamari appetizer and it was delicious. Will definitely return but next time ask for a cooler part of the restaurant.

Had a really great experience and meal here thanks to our waiter, Travis. Really friendly and attentive. Gave some really tasty recommendations of dishes. Well come back for sure.

Went there 4 times during our stay - the meals were amazing and the staff are just so accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend. Loved it.

Despite the crowds out front, seating goes pretty fast. Both times I ate here I was seated in less than 20 minutes for party of two. Live music on the front patio, quiet back patio, and nice ambiance in one of the many dining rooms inside. Of course the food is always fantastic. Don't forget to save room for dessert!

We came here a few times in the 30 days we stayed in Waikiki. The wait was about 20 min. Wait for two. Never left unsatisfied! The pork chop dinner was delicious! Came with mashed potatoes, green beans, and applesauce! Yum! I'm a bfast for dinner kind of lady. So them having breakfast and have it taste just as it would first thing in the morning (but for evening), is a HUGE plus for me!! I've ordered the Brioche bfast sandwich with potatoes which also tasted great. Another suggestion I was always pleased with the 2 egg breakfast. Came with 2 eggs mine were scrambled, potatoes, and a large English muffin. Which I made a breakfast sandwich 10$ and is enough for my appetite👌👌 cheesecake: White Chocolate raspberry is a must💕always ordered to go.

Lively atmosphere....very very busy but food came within reasonable time. Food always consistent. Waitstaff works hard and is attentive. Could have cleaned the table more often as we had guests coming and going for 6 hours.

This is such a beautiful restaurant with a huge selection of food and cheesecakes. I usually get a salad which all are a piece of art and delicious. You'll still feel like your eating something special with a salad. I've also had the lunch margarita pizza with salad which was very tasty. Of course they are known for their Cheesecakes with are all beautiful. If your too full after your meal you can always get a slice to take home for later!! Enjoy🤗

This place came highly recommended, so we decided to check it out.We dined here multiple times during the course of our holiday and it never disappointed.The menu is quite large and we never tried anything we didn’t love.The prices range from reasonable to a little expensive. I must add though that it would be nice if places like this who clearly make a roaring trade to pay their staff what they deserve rather than expecting tourist to cover wages with tips.The services was usually very good.Inside the restaurant is quite dark which won’t be for everyone.It’s located right near Waikiki Beach but has limited outdoor seating and often during dinner service you will need to wait for a table.Recommended!

We had dinner here two days ago and had a great meal and average service. Ate here again tonight (25/2) and the meal we ordered took 40 minutes which is fine, its a busy restaurant, however it came cold? We barely ate because room temperature chicken isn’t tasty BUT we had amazing service from a tall blonde guy with a man bun. Just wanted to make known that even though our food was subpar he was a great waiter. P

Not sure what sort of management magic The Cheesecake Factory here in Waikiki does, but the servers here are just fantastic; They are always very accommodating and very pleasant no matter how busy they get. I don't think I can say the same for the people at front desk who allocate the seats, but the servers more than make up for their inadequacies. I'm sure front desk has a reason they act all abrupt and dismissive, perhaps the difficult customers get on their nerves, but don't let them turn you away. The moment you get past them, you'll be getting the best service in town.

Service at the bar was better than expected. It’s a Cheesecake Factory that’s jam packed with tourists but they do have live music most nights. Grab a cocktail and a slice to go.

Best place cheese cakes but wait, not only cakes but different cuisines. Love it. Visit and give fun worthy adventure to your tongue.

DELICIOUS LOVE THIS RESTAURANT.1st time in Hawaii. Whenever we are in the States we like to have a meal & dessert especially their milkshakes (Extra special YUMMMM) at a Cheesecake Factory. Here was no difference. We love their meals always plenty of choices in fact probably too many choices. We ate here on several lunches during our 2 week stay & wife always had the mushroom pizza with truffle oil. Delicious. Me always tried a different burger. We had 1 dinner here which we noticed it was always packed & a huge wait time. DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT.

Debbie K.Cheesecake Factory has the best desserts. Yummylicious. My friends and I ordered different desserts and we shared the dessert. Every dessert was onolicious. The Hamburger and Chinese Chicken Salad was delicious. Everything was so delicious we waddled out and back to the car. 😏

Our food was delicious and the service was very prompt. This was my first time visiting any Cheesecake Factory but I was very pleased. We had the lemon meringue cheese cake (not pictured) and it was delightful.

The best cheesecake ever! I got the lemon meringue cheesecake. Delicious! Wish there was a Cheesecake Factory on the Big Island. Maybe some day!

Great delicious food and such good value for money. Our waitor gave us some of the best service I have ever received when eating out. The French guy was very insightful and really put a smile on both of our faces. Will definitely be coming back again!

Really nice food options with too many delicious cheesecakes to choose from with Great service. Just be ready to wait in line for a table as there is always a wait at meal times. The lighting can also be a bit better as reading menus in some parts of the restaurant can be difficult.

Great food, great customer service. The waitress was attentive to details and catered to our every need. It was crowded but the wait was not long, we managed to be seated within 15 mins.Portion size is great, taste great. Highly recommended.

Yea got to try the Cheddar Burger! Best burger in Waikiki!! Great wait staff....a little dark on the lighting. Over all great experience. The menu is HUGE; no way your going hungry with as many selections as they have.

We sat in one of the booths and were very comfortable.Staff were busy, but still very attentive and managed their allocated tables really well.Food was, as always, sensational….. Tasty, fresh, well presented and large portionsOnly because we loved it so much, all all managed to squeeze in the highlight CHEESECAKE!The selection of Cheesecake is huge!And the taste of the cheesecake is second to none! I could talk all day about how good the cheesecake is but all I am going to say is….. ‘go in, try it, you won’t be disappointed’Cost for a wine, 2 beers, 3 soft drinks, 5 main meals, 5 cheesecakes was about $150 (US)

Came here for a breakfast feed. Wait time was not long around 5 minute for two of us. We were given adequate time to order meals. Fresh bread was given to us before our breakfast had arrived. Bacon was a little over cooked (minor issue). Will return for the cheesecake soon.From nz we always search the nearest cheesecake factory store. Highlight of our trip. The waiter was exceptional

Excellent spot for dinner. Huge food menu with some excellent healthy choices too - all items on the menu display their calorie content which make it easy to make good choices. Portions are huge but staff are happy for you to share dishes. Service is amazing and so friendly. Don’t forget to leave space for some of their famous cheesecake - over 40 different varieties! Indoor and outdoor seating available. The place was absolutely packed at 7pm on a Saturday night but we only waited 15 min for a table.

Josh was awesome, really made feel like we were his only customers. Food was top notch. Of course we had grab some cheesecake.

A bit disappointing... considering the high score here in Google I was expecting much more.Taste is not bad, but nothing special either. The cheese cake was a bit too sweet for me - I could only eat a bite of it.I also tried the vegan burger, which was good but not the best of the island.Also, way too many pigeons walking around and flying on tables.

One of the best, if not the best experiences I’ve had at a Cheesecake Factory. Prices are fair and competitive to other nearby dining options. Service was exceptional from check in to completion. You can’t go wrong with this dining option.

The Blue Hawaii cocktail is delicious. The free bread basket has a variety of warm breads served with butter. The avocado eggrolls are tasty with a nice dipping sauce. My favourite cheesecake is the fresh banana cream cheesecake. It’s best to go before or after peak lunch & dinner times to avoid long queues. If it’s busy you can always order take away/to go.

Very busy place. Went on 2 occasions on a 7 day vacation to Hawaii and the first server was awesome ( Tida) great with recommendations and always attentive. Second ( prefer not to name) just left us alone and said flag me down if you need anything. The kids chicken meal - I opted for broccoli instead of a mash and the broccoli looked like came from the farm. Uncut, size of my palm and the chicken was dry

This is a great short hop off the beach with great food and service. Had the Crispy Pineapple Chicken and Shrimp (just like the icing on the cake and the fact we were there to enjoy the tropical atmosphere!) Sean our friendly server made the dinner very enjoyable and he even grabbed the parking ticket to get validated without me asking! Super great stay there especially with service and food like here! Aloha!

Service was great, food as expected from cheesecake factory. Downside is my mom was served a half empty, used, teapot. Server was professional, and very helpful though A+ to him

Anywhere I travel if there is a cheesecake factory... I'm there. This location was great! Staff was friendly. It was a pretty busy day the day I was here and they got our food out to us in a very timely manner. Thank you!

I would summarize as excellent location, friendly staff and good food. The NY Steak I had for dinner was good size and very will cooked, and I appreciated staff's guidance in getting the firmness I wanted. Too salty for my taste which was a bit of a surprise as the green beans side was also too salty. Mushroom burger I hear was really good. We shared a slice of cheesecake and enjoyed it quite a bit. If you go here for dinner get a table outside!

I been to a lots of Cheesecake Factory and this one is by far the best .. it’s busy but it’s worth the wait i order the sweet corn tamale cake and my husband order the slider it’s was the best so I asked the server to go and asked who cooked it so I write this review and thank you Bernie I hope you became a greater chef one day and me and my husband is coming back on our next vacation to eat your cooking again
